We utilize UPS for our shipments Most items ship with2 days of ordering if not before. There are a few items that require additional processing time and those should have the timeframe noted. It's difficult to have a shipping scale that works for low weight and high weight items. We have been known on many occasions to partially refund shipping costs back to the customer if we find it cost considerably less to ship the item than the customer paid. We do send you an email when we do this so you'll know about the credit. We are NOT out to price gouge anyone on shipping costs but sadly with the rising costs of fuel and packaging materials, shipping costs are rising for us and we must pass that along. After your item has shipped, you can check Your Account for the tracking information. Creative Ways to Save is our parent company and your package may reflect Creative Ways to Save in lieu of The Beverage Gourmet GIFT MESSAGES We are able to include a gift message along with the packing slip. The packing slip DOES NOT include any price information on it. Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship Sugar Free Sauces and Syrups during the freezing weather conditions. We will ship your order as soon as the temps are above freezing levels. We are unable to ship items that could melt during the hot summer months. RETURNS All food and beverage items we sell are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. If there is a damage issue with the product, please contact our customer service at sales@thebeveragegourmet.com with the problem. We will provide you a quick response and solution to the problem. Manufacturer defects in a product will most likely need to be handled thru the manufacturer directly. We would be happy to help you with this process. A manufacturer defect does not automatically mean a refund of money. Defects are usually given replacements. Please note: Non-beverage/food items can be returned if in NEW/UNUSED condition. Email us at sales@thebeveragegourmet.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund.
